The Susquehanna Healthcare Coalition (SHC) was designed with two goals in mind: to help self-funded employers in Central Pennsylvania contain out-of-control employee benefit costs and to maximize the health of plan members. Regional business leaders developed a local approach to help employers of all sizes network and achieve those goals with a fully customized, integrated health plan solution.

Longstanding challenges still exist in managing the health of our nation's population and financing healthcare delivery.
